He's done that for Shu a few times too, but he'd always been rebuffed by his perfectionist leader; if he had time to make non-essential things then he had time to practice his sloppy, slow steps, if he wanted to get better than he had to actually try than toddle along in everything he did, harsh words like that. Honestly, they hurt a lot at the time, because Mika always tries his best, but the pain's mostly dulled now. He knows that Shu only means them in the best way, improvement through critique, so it's fine.
Still, Mika doesn't think he'll critique this gift.]
I wonder if Oshi-san'd scold me about that, too, [is the only part that slips out, the rest more a passing note of abrupt melancholy, before Mika's... voice??? brightens again.] When ya put it like that, even a brainless guy like me can get it~.
