Oh really? You've peaked, have you?

[ Kuroo pretty much doesn't believe it for a moment, because little does Nisaka know that he's still surprising him every day; the new things he laughs at, the faces he makes, the things he says, or the new positions they find themselves in, everything is a pleasant surprise that reassures Kuroo that every day with his boyfriend is bound to be an adventure.

Him appearing in the bar had been a surprise - one he should have seen coming, honestly, if the way his friends kept saying cryptic things and giggling amongst one another was anything to go by - and the sheer intensity with which Nisaka pushed them both toward the bed that evening had been pretty surprising, as well as what transpired that morning and.. the entire day they've just endured. All of it came together in a wonderful mess that could definitely be described as surprising.. Particularly the way Nisaka peels off his clothes like he's being paid to do it. Kuroo almost wants to see him dress again just so he can take it back off.

He's only a little disappointed that Nisaka doesn't sit against his chest, because he's had more than a few indulgent daydreams about trailing droplets of water across his skin like that, able to feel every shift of muscle from the man in his arms, able to kiss as much of his neck and shoulders as he likes since he'd have access to it all.. He wonders if Nisaka has a reason for sitting to face him.. or a plan, maybe. ]

Yeah, I wish every shitty day could end like that. [ He gives him a genuine and slightly bashful smile. ] I'm sure you'll figure out some other way to surprise me. It's easy when we're not together all the time. I can't catch you out as well.
